Directions: From the town of Batson turn south on Hwy 770 and go for 1.7 miles to Pine Prairie Road. Turn left on Pine Prairie Road and continue south for 1.2 miles to Garcia Road. Turn right (East) on Garcia Road and follow the county road for 2.5 miles to an orange gate on the left (north). The gate is on the gas well road which accesses the property. Go north through the gate for approximately 1 mile until the gas well road turns sharply to the right. At that point you are on the property. A specific use road use agreement exists for access.
