Ford has over 31 years experience in real estate brokerage all over East Texas. He specializes in selling timberland, farm and ranch land, as well as land development, both internally and for clients. Ford graduated from Stephen F. Austin in 1969 with a bachelors in business and in 1975 from the Realtors Institute. He is a 1979 graduate of Studies of Advanced Real Estate Subjects, SOARS, from Texas A&M and the Texas Real Estate Research Center. He served two terms as President of the Pineywoods Board of Realtors. He is a past President of the Stephen F. Austin Alumni Association and past Chairman of the Board of Governors of the Stephen F. Austin Alumni Foundation.

Betty Jean Cartwright, Broker San Augustine Office

Betty Jean has been a Texas Real Estate broker since 1968 and is one of the top producers in San Augustine county. She is past President of the Pineywoods Board of Realtors and past President of Texas Association of Life Insurance officials. She was married to the late Baxter Polk Cartwright, Junior, whose family dates back to the founding of Texas in the early 1800s.

Robert was born and raised in East Texas. He is a lifelong hunter and outdoorsman.

He received his bachelors degree from Texas Christian University in 1968. He also served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War from 1970–71. His past work experience includes insurance executive, business owner and supervisory work with Texas Health and Human Services. He has been a licensed Texas Real Estate Salespeson since June 2007.

He is a member of the National Rifle Association, Ducks Unlimited and National Wild Turkey Federation. He is a past President of Pineywoods Lions Club and life member of the Texas Lions Club. He is also a past President of the American Cancer Society.
